I build AI systems that adapt to you. Not the other way around.

Built so you can actually use it. Onboarding included.

01 · Who I am

Moscow, New York, Leipzig.

Born in Moscow, raised in New York City, home in Leipzig since 2003. Each of these cities speaks its own language. Not just Russian, English, German: its own way of living, working, yearning. Start over three times and you learn to listen until you hear more than what's being said. Maybe that's why I build systems that adapt to people instead of the other way around. I know what it's like to be the one who has to adapt.

Over the years that turned into a craft. I can see where the work snags inside a business, whatever the field. Good work deserves tools that keep up. So I build them.

For three years I have worked deeply with AI: testing, coding, building, refining. What comes out is not a system off the shelf, but one that adapts to your business, to almost any workflow and almost any request. One builder, end to end — from the architecture down into daily operation.

In doing so, I hear the difference between what someone orders and what they actually need. I keep the whole picture in view, not just the single job.

02 · Across industries

Every field left its mark.

Since I was eighteen I have worked for more than thirty companies and agencies. Most of it was IT. Far from all of it: fraud prevention at a bank, fault reporting in telecommunications, IT coordination and server repair, a look inside wealth advisory. Then interpreting and translation, merchandising, and exhibition fitting, shop fitting and furniture making.

I am grateful for every one of those places. Each taught me something I pass on today.

The hardest part was the shift from solving my own problems to solving other people's. Without theirs, I would never have solved my own. That is exactly what I keep doing with antomata. Now for others.

03 · What I have built

Artefacts are what count.

Three of them are open on the table.

jevdoppler.com

Brand architecture and full-stack build for a wedding photographer with a DACH clientele and a base in Spain. Next.js 16, native internationalisation in four languages, 28 static pages, Lighthouse performance a straight 100 throughout. Brand register: cinematic editorial typography on an image-led layout system. The groundwork for repositioning the offer from €1,500 to as much as €3,500, carried by editorial depth and stack discipline. The pricing decision is his.

khimshia.com

Brand presence and multi-locale build for a Georgian family winery. Founded in 1991, 25 qvevri at 850 metres of elevation in Nigazeuli, a UNESCO-recognised tradition since 2013. 96 static pages, six languages including Georgian (Mkhedruli) and Russian. Editorial architecture as a translation between qvevri tradition and the Western online buyer, with the technical execution out of Leipzig. My first international commission.

ajcasas.es

Brand presence and a multilingual full-stack build for an independent real-estate agent in greater Valencia (the Corredor del Túria). Astro on the Cloudflare edge, 76 static pages, five languages. Rebuilt mobile-first: load time more than halved (LCP −53%, Lighthouse mobile 74 → 91).

04 · Built and offered

Accountability, not just advice.

At SafeRoad VR GmbH I am co-founder and CTO. We build a VR safety-training platform for regulated industries across the DACH region. The technology has been my responsibility from day one: architecture, stack, hosting, and the AI components. Data protection is built into the architecture there.

What takes shape there is not tied to VR: AI agents that steer one another, and workflows that keep running on their own. The same way of building fits very different businesses.

That is exactly what antomata is for. Here I carry the same responsibility: what I build for my own ventures, I build for clients.

05 · AI for three years

Before it became consulting.

When generative AI became broadly available to end users in 2023, I did not pick up the off-the-shelf workflow. I wired my own pipelines, tested EU-hosted components, deliberately triggered failure modes in production-adjacent scenarios. Not because a new career was planned, but because I cannot think any other way.

What came out of it is a working set of tools that any business handling sensitive data can take on today, whatever the field: set up on European servers, with a signed data processing agreement and clear documentation of who processes the data.

antomata is the brand under which I make that working set available to clients.

06 · What I do not do

Clearly drawn.

Clarity here is worth more than advertising.

I am not a lawyer and I give no legal advice. I set up the technology so that data protection holds from the start, and I keep every decision on record and traceable. The legal assessment in any individual case stays with a lawyer.

No high-risk mandates under EU AI Act Annex III (e.g. third-party CV screening, employee monitoring, behavioural scoring) as long as no conformity-assessment procedure is in place.

Where your data sits is written into the contract. No AI feature in someone else's software before I know where your data goes. Claude runs through AWS Bedrock in EU regions and under a data-protection contract, never raw from the US. Every provider that processes data is named in the agreement.

07 · How I work

Made to measure, not a kit.

I tune every configuration to three references: to me as the operator, to the project, and to the client. Only once it fits all three does it leave the atelier.

What I hand over belongs to you, from the day of handover on: code, architecture, training material.

Alone, but not without apparatus: a configured set of tools that works at every handover.

I have played the saxophone for more than twenty-five years. Languages, systems, music: to me they are of a kind. You learn the form, and then you can play within it.

The first conversation is free. Tell me what you have in mind.
