Privacy Notice.
This notice explains what happens to your data when you visit antomata.de or write to us, and which rights you have. The site uses no analytics tools, no forms and no trackers. Edition: 2026-11.
Data controller
The controller under the GDPR is Anton Shakin, owner of the sole proprietorship antomata, Bernhard-Göring-Straße 86, 04275 Leipzig, Germany. Email hi@antomata.com, phone +49 177 8616102. Full provider details are in the Imprint.
We have not appointed a data protection officer. The threshold in § 38 BDSG is generally at least 20 people constantly engaged in automated processing of personal data, and antomata is below it.
Delivery & hosting
antomata.de is delivered through Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The pages sit there as finished files. We run no server or database of our own for this site.
For your browser to load a page, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as your IP address and traffic information. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR: we have a legitimate interest in providing the site securely and reliably. We keep no access logs of our own and do not analyse this data.
Cloudflare's privacy policy names Cloudflare itself as controller of this connection data. It gives no fixed retention period. Under its privacy policy, retention depends on its business purposes and legal obligations.
Cloudflare runs a global network, so your request may also be processed outside the EU, in particular in the United States. For transfers to the US, Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR). If that certification lapses, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply (Art. 46 (2) lit. c GDPR).
No analytics, no trackers
antomata.de runs no analytics or tracking services. The site sets no cookies of its own and uses neither local storage nor similar browser storage. Fonts, images and videos are served from antomata.de itself, so nothing loads from third-party servers. There are no embedded maps, third-party videos or social media plugins.
One exception can come from Cloudflare: its security features may, in individual cases, set a technically necessary cookie, for example to detect bots (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG).
Contact by email or phone
The site has no forms. Email links open your own mail program, and nothing reaches us until you press send there. If you arrive from the pricing configurator, your selection appears as short codes in the contact page address and as text in the email draft. We do not store it.
When you write to hi@antomata.com or call +49 177 8616102, we process your details to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR where it concerns a possible or existing contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). You do not have to give us any data, but without contact details we cannot reply.
The mailbox is hosted by IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). We do not forward messages to other services.
Retention
If we have to keep a message, for example as a business letter or invoice, the periods in § 147 of the German Fiscal Code (AO) apply: six years for business letters, eight years for accounting records. We delete all other messages once the enquiry is closed and we no longer need them. We do not pass your details on without your consent unless the law requires us to.

Two service providers are involved in the site and in contacting us:

For phone calls, the telephone providers involved process connection data under their own responsibility.
Client projects
This notice covers the site and contacting us. If an enquiry becomes a project, the contract for that project governs data processing. Where we process data on a client's behalf, a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is added.
Your rights under the GDPR
You have the following rights. An informal email to hi@antomata.com is enough for any of them:
- Art. 15: access to the data we process about you
- Art. 16: rectification of incorrect data
- Art. 17: erasure (the "right to be forgotten")
- Art. 18: restriction of processing
- Art. 20: data portability (machine-readable format)
- Art. 21: objection to processing based on legitimate interests
We reply within one month (Art. 12 (3) GDPR). We make no automated decisions under Art. 22 GDPR.
Right to complain
You can complain to a supervisory authority, including the one where you live (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for antomata is:
