Atelier · Brand DNA

A site that looks like you. Not like a template.

Full-stack builds led by a senior engineer. Next.js on Vercel or Cloudflare. AI speeds up production; a human makes the decisions. No agency overhead, no template license: you pay for what gets built.

We are not a web agency. We are a studio with two tracks: a fast one for sprints (€540–€1,290) and a calm one for full-stack builds (€2,990–€14,990). Nothing in between. You pick what fits your stage. The standard stays the same.

02 / Standard

Full-stack builds. Architecture discovery first.

Multi-page sites and backend builds for Series-A prep, DACH-Mittelstand rebrands, studio, boutique-consultancy and practice sites. TypeScript strict. EU hosting end to end. Work contract with a measurable acceptance protocol.

2b / Process

The process: from discovery call to a website you own.

5 steps, clear day counts, one point of contact the whole way. The day counts apply to a sprint. Full-stack builds follow the same pattern over 4–8 weeks.

  1. 01 Day 0

    Discovery

30 minutes, seven questions. We settle the goal, scope and timeframe and check whether your project fits our profile. You get a fixed price, not a "let's talk".

  2. 02 Day 1

    Briefing

A shared kickoff document records content, references, tone and success criteria. You provide copy and images, we provide the frame. From here the clock of the fixed-price work contract runs.

  3. 03 Day 2–4

    Build

The same person who designed also builds. AI-augmented production speeds up the scaffolding; the architecture stays human. You see work in progress, not a black box.

  4. 04 Day 4–5

    Revision

One revision round is included in every sprint. You gather your feedback in one place and we apply it in a single pass. Further rounds are possible and are set out transparently in advance.

  5. 05 Day 5

    Handover

Full IP transfer on the last day: source code in your GitHub, EU hosting set up, a short walkthrough. The stack is yours, with no subscription left running that you would have to keep paying.

Full-stack builds · Standard + Premium

Full-stack builds start with an architecture discovery instead of a kickoff document and deliver over four to eight weeks, with the same five phases and an acceptance protocol at the end. You assemble the pricing and scope in the configurator.

2c / Deliverables

What you get per tier: the delivery checklist.

Every build is a fixed price and ends with a handover, not a subscription. Here is what is in the box.

2d / Modules

Modules: what you can add, and when it pays off.

Three optional building blocks on any build. Each has a fixed price, each works independently of the others: you take only what your site really needs.

SEO package €890

When you need to be found

Structured data (JSON-LD: LocalBusiness, Organization, FAQ, Breadcrumb), XML sitemaps, multilingual hreflang, OG and meta tags, semantic HTML and Core Web Vitals. Worth it once organic search is a real channel.

Further language €190

When your audience is multilingual

One additional, properly localized language version of the site with hreflang. DE and EN are already included in the Standard Build. Worth it for international or diaspora audiences.

Motion / Brand assets €650

When the presence should move

Motion and brand elements, OG cards and a matched asset set for social and ads. Worth it when you want a consistent presence beyond the website.

You work out the total with modules in the configurator under Pricing. Every line item is shown separately.

03 / Maintenance
Maintenance monthly · cancellable

Web Maintenance Retainer

€290 / month

Monthly reviews, security patches, content updates, performance monitoring, and an EU AI Act Art. 50 compliance sweep once a quarter.

Available only after delivery. No lock-in. Cancellable at month end. Larger builds with a backend: care scoped to the build, from €290. The stack stays your property.

04 / Licensing

AI-tool licensing clause.

AI production tools (Adobe Firefly, Claude via AWS Bedrock Frankfurt, Gemini Pro, Codex) are used to speed up ideation, exploration and production scaffolding. Final deliverables, including all visual identity assets, web code and copy, are reviewed, directed and approved by a human professional.

Identity-critical assets (logomarks, primary colour systems, brand guides) are finalized with human vector refinement. AI tools are used under their respective commercial licenses.

A third-party IP legal review is not part of the standard scope; clients who need a formal legal opinion should instruct a licensed lawyer.

This clause is part of the work contract on every track. As of 2026-05.

05 / Common questions

The questions that always come up on the first call.

Stack, cost, ownership, maintenance. We make stack decisions once and stand behind them. Here are the answers in advance.

What does the website really cost, compared to Webflow?

A sprint or build is a fixed price and ends at handover. After that there are no mandatory costs: no editor subscription, no template license, no plan that gets more expensive as you add pages. With Webflow you keep paying the editor subscription, and switching providers means buying another subscription. Over three years the total cost with us is usually much lower, because you own the code and any TypeScript developer can take it over.

Why Next.js instead of Webflow, and can I switch providers?

Webflow produces a site bound to a visual editor that no other developer can simply extend without buying a subscription. Next.js produces a clean, standards-based codebase that any TypeScript developer can take over and extend. You own the code; after handover it lives in your own GitHub. Switching providers is possible at any time, with no data loss and without us.

What happens if the scope grows during the project?

The fixed price covers the scope recorded in the brief. If the scope grows, we set out the extra effort transparently in advance and get your approval before we build it. Nothing is quietly added to the bill. For larger jumps, a short scope call is faster and more honest than a surprise final invoice.

How many revision rounds are included?

Every sprint includes one revision round: you gather your feedback in one place and we apply it in a single pass. Further rounds are possible and, like any extra effort, are set out transparently in advance. Full-stack builds include several review points along the acceptance protocol.

Can you build the website in multiple languages?

Yes. DE and EN are already included in the Standard Build, with correct hreflang. Each further language is a fixed-price module (€190 per language), properly localized rather than machine-translated. Useful for international or multilingual audiences.

Why Plausible instead of Google Analytics, and what does hosting cost?

Google Analytics 4 sends your visitors' behavioural data to US servers, which under German data protection law (TDDDG / GDPR / Schrems II) usually requires a cookie banner. Plausible stores data EU-hosted, collects no personal data and needs no cookie banner. Hosting itself runs on Cloudflare or Vercel: many sites incur no ongoing hosting cost on the free tier, while larger builds cost a few euros a month. The domain you pay directly to the registrar.

Who maintains the site after launch?

Because you own the code, any TypeScript developer can make changes, including you or your team. If you prefer to outsource it, you book the optional Web Maintenance Retainer (monthly, cancellable any time): reviews, security patches, content updates and performance monitoring. There is no lock-in.

5b / Why antomata

Why antomata: studio over agency, ownership over subscription.

Four differences that show up in the end, on the invoice and in the code.

One hand, no handoff

The same senior engineer designs and builds. No account manager between you and the work, no brief lost at the handover from design to development.

Code ownership, no vendor lock

Full IP transfer on handover day, source code in your GitHub. Nothing keeps billing you afterwards, and you can switch at any time.

EU hosting and data protection from the start

EU-edge delivery, Plausible instead of Google Analytics, no cookie banner by default. Data protection planned in from the start, not repaired afterwards. A technical assessment, not legal advice.

Fixed price and honest scope

Fixed-price work contract, one revision round included, extra effort always set out in advance. AI-augmented production lowers the cost. A human decides what looks right.

06 / Discovery

30 minutes. Seven questions. One fixed price.

Discovery calls are free for all sprints and the Standard Build. Architecture discovery for Premium and Custom Builds costs €890, credited on engagement.

We reply within 24 hours with two suggested slots. If your project does not fit our profile, you get an honest reason instead of a generic "let's talk".
